Distance Learning: Cross-Cultural Characteristics of Stress Resistance of Russian and Chinese Students

The paper presents a theoretical and empirical analysis of the features distance learning at universities its impact on characteristics anxiety, psycho-emotional states stress resistance modern students. purpose study was to determine specifics anxiety in Russian Chinese students during period learning. novelty lies fact that took part cross-cultural study: total, sample consisted 80 students: 40 (20 boys 20 girls) aged 18 25 years studying 2-3d Bachelor programs. following methods were used 1) Spielberger scale adapted by Yu. L. Khanin; 2) questionnaire “Well-being, activity, mood” V.A. Doskin, N.A. Lavrentieva, V.B. Sharaya M.P. Miroshnikov; 3) short E.V. Raspopin. conducted research identified specific manifestation We established significant differences indicators state components as well determined meaningful between well-being, mood, Based data obtained, content conclusions recommendations optimizing educational process university order reduce increase who have endure distance-learning format.
